Tragedy at Williamsfield High

This picture is dedicated to the horrible event that took place on Wednesday, April 16. Four teenagers that went to my school got in a terrible wreck around 9:30 pm. Three of them lived, but one life ended that night. This is dedicated to Randy Deal, Luke Beaver, Dylan Beaver, and Parker Skidmore. Dylan died that night on the scene Everyone, pray for the surviors to survive thier injuries. Pray for all the families who stand by thier sons or brothers each day with hope. Pray for Dylan and that he is safe wherever he is now.

I thought this picture represented that tragic evening. Look at the stickers and writing closely so you can see what I mean. I edited this in photoshop by changing it to black and white. I brought out some of the lighter shades out to make so of the writing stand out. I kept the red color to remind us of the Tradedy.

Trunkspace Concert

Sorry Guys. I know I posted this a little late. These pictures were taken at trunkspace. I have learned through experience how to shoot with low lighting, but not little lighting. I had fun shooting these pictures because it was different from the other concert I shoot because it was wide and open. So, critique me all you want and enjoy the pics.

Here are some images of the fabulous Courtney Brooke playing at her first concert ever. To go to her link check my first post.
This is talented, Taylor Jordan, and was the first to go onto the stage. I edited this in photoshop because the ~curtains behind him were a bit to blah for me. So I changed to a ~vibrant blue, that I thought would make him stand out. His music that he wrote is so creative, I love it.

Concert at the Brickhouse

Hey Guys,

Last night was one of the most awesome and most nervous nights of my life. It was awesome because I have never been to a concert like this before. It was also nerve racking because this is the first concert/low level lighting area that I took pictures at. I was freaking out the night before trying to learn what settings to shoot with and all that jazz. Here are some of the pictures from the concert. Tell me what you think and enjoy.

This is the HOTTEST band in the valley called this century. Joel (left), Alex, Ryan, and Van (right) allowed me to take group photos of them. Unfortunately their guitarist, Sean, wasn't around. To see how hot this band is go to:

Joel is the lead singer of This Century. Let me tell you his voice is fantabulous, highest compliment in my dictionary. His voice made my spine chill.

For this shot I had to stand right next to the speakers. My advice, stay away from the blasting speakers haha. It was worth it though because I captured the moment at a perfect angle. Plus this half of This Century look like their having tons of fun.

Alex (left) and Ryan (right) made the show great. It was a little harder to shoot them because I was in a tight space, which I am not used to.

Chad Gendason was the first performance of that night. He got the crowd pumped with his wicked guitar skills. Plus he made my skin crawl which is a good thing. To visit his site go to www.myspace.com/gendason.

Courtney Brooke

Hello again! This photo was was taken at the same place with the same model. I experimented with this photo on photoshop. I had a blast editing this picture. I played mainly with the color, and came up with this. Enjoy and tell me what you think.

First Photo

Since I am a starting photographer, this is one of my first photographs that I took. This is Courtney Brooke, a new up and coming piano artist, and I did a photo shoot with her at the Mesa Arts Center. This was taken with the Canon 40D and a 28- 135 IS lens. I hope you enjoy this photograph, and please return feed back to me. I am happy to learn new ideas that would help me succeed even more.
